Many members of the Noyes Family Foundation give of their time to serve a meal to those at Clearwater’s Homeless Empowerment Program (HEP). Since 1986, Homeless Empowerment Program’s mission has been to provide homeless and low-income families and individuals, including Veterans, with housing, food, clothing, and support services necessary to obtain self-sufficiency and improved quality of life.
This is a great organization to be involved with. We truly enjoy seeing the smiles on the faces of those we serve. We look forward to the COVID-19 virus to be taken care of so we can return to helping others at HEP.
